Where in the world is Freddy Adu?

Well I think it's obvious that Freddy Adu reads Red, White and Blue Army because he finally decided to do something for his new Greek club.

If you remember correctly, in a recent post Shimer was calling for Adu to get more of a chance on the US men's national team since it seems like he's a forgotten man.

Adu scored his first goal for Aris yesterday in their 2-1 comeback win over Ergotelis. I'm sure you all saw the entire 90+ minutes of the game but for those that didn't, Adu's goal was the game-winner as he finished a cross from close range to put his team up 2-1.

Also, Eddie Johnson, another US man of mystery apparently plays on the same team as he assisted on the first Aris goal.

Adu is still only 20-years-old and he's on loan from Portgual's Benfica through June. Hopefully Adu can do something in Greece to make Bob Bradley think there's no choice but to put him on the final roster for the 2010 World Cup. We believe in you Freddy!
