Wayne Rooney and Darren Fletcher just combined on another beaut of a finish. Rooney nodded the ball down for Fletcher to run onto the ball. Fletcher then settled waited for Rooney find the open space in the box and floated a ball on a platter for Rooney, who had the easiest of headers to make it 3-1 Man U.
With 3 away goals, Manchester United has all but settled this cup tie in the first game. Milan will need to score at least 3 goals in the next game and win by at least 2 goals at Old Trafford because of the Away-Goal Rule if the score stays as is.
