Titi on the way

David Beckham may not have save the MLS, but he certainly created intrigue. It's safe to say that after 3 seasons the experiment did fizzle, and he will likely not be back at the LA Galaxy this season with the Achilles tendon tear, but the MLS did apparently just make a big splash.

Henry will turn 33 in August and has played sparingly this season for Barcelona scoring just four goals this season in La Liga play, but he is a player still worthy of going to see play and I love the signing.

He was one of the most dominant forwards of the 2000s and clearly the 2010 World Cup will probably be his "riding off into the sunset moment" but Henry will immediately become one of the MLS stars and I think can show young MLS players how elite world footballing players train and prepare.

The New England Revolution play the Red Bulls in New York in the last game of the season Thursday October 21, and that may just be my first trek down to the new world class Red Bulls Stadium.
