Halftime: 1-1 Netherlands-Uruguay

This game has been real good so far. After Netherlands owned play for the first 20-25 minutes and Van Bronckhorst scored, it looked like they might run away with it.

Not so much, Forlan scored and Uruguay looked like a confident team despite missing Suarez and picking up two yellow cards in the first half.

Kuyt seems to be the only guy playing up front for the Dutch, Van Persie and Robben have been non-existant for the most part and Sneijder has been neutralized.

Halftime stats:

Uruguay Netherlands
5(3) Shots (on Goal) 5(2)
7 Fouls 8
1 Corner Kicks 2
3 Offsides 2
42% Time of Possession 58%
2 Yellow Cards 1
0 Red Cards 0
1 Saves 2
