Now granted Brazil for all its glory has struggled to land any top flight keepers in its days with goalies like Dida of A.C. Milan and Claudio Taffarel (1994 keeper) helping the South American giants win World Cups despite being the weakest link on the team. However, Julio Cesar is a legit top 5 goal keeper in the world and I don't see how Gomes could overtake any of the potential top 3 goalies Brazil already have. Here are some of his funny gaffs.

Who is this guy trying to kid?
Here is a laugher, Tottenham keeper Heurelho Gomes is hoping to usurp either Inter Milan's Julio Cesar and Roma's Doni as Brazil's first or second choice keeper. Gomes was terrific versus Arsenal over the weekend, but the keeper is renowned as one of the worst goalies in the English Premier League.
