Does Italy carry our terrible American energy drinks?

Juventus is set to play a postseason exhibition match vs. the New York Red Bulls on May 23 at brand new Red Bulls Arena which is supposed to be awesome.

Before you buy a new Versace outfit, stock up on Peroni beer and spend all your hard-earned money on a ticket, be aware that most of Juventus' big names probably won't make the trip stateside since they'll be preparing for the World Cup with their home countries.

Among the Azzurri players on Juventus are goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon; defenders Fabio Cannavaro, Giorgio Chiellini and Fabio Grosso; midfielder Mauro Camoranesi; and forward Vincenzo Iaquinta.

In addition, Brazilian forward Amauri has obtained Italian citizenship and coach be selected by Azzurri coach Marcello Lippi.

Midfielders Felipe Melo (Brazil) and Christian Poulsen (Denmark), defender Martin Caceras (Uruguay) also could be with national teams.

Defender Zdenek Grygera could play at Red Bull Arena on consecutive days - the Czech Republic meets Turkey there in an exhibition on May 22.

Juventus' roster could include forwards Alessandro Del Piero (Italy) and David Trezeguet (France), who haven't played for national teams since 2008.

So basically this game has the vibe of a shameless reunion tour by some over the hill classic rock band. Come see your favorite band/club and bring plenty of money to shell out on merchandise. Just don't listen/look too closely since they're not what you remember.
