South Africa's best scoring chance, but that's not saying much


SOuth African forward Katlego Mphela headed a nice cross well wide of the goal. He got up there for it but just couldn't turn it enough towards goal, it was in the middle of the box too so it wouldn't have taken a wonderstrike.

More bad news for South Africa, left midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi received a yellow card for a dumb tackle from behind. He had a yellow card in the Mexico match so he's out for South Africa's final group stage match vs. France.

1-0 Uruguay in the 45th minute.
