2-2 at halftime or 2-1 Germany in no replay land

I say this as a soccer fan, more than my allegiances to Chelsea or England but if major league baseball-the most ass backwards, scared of technology league can adopt instant replay then so can the World Cup and soccer in general.

All you need it for is goal or no goal replays such as what happened to Lampard.

It's 2-1 Germany at the half and this game better end with a Germany win by two or more goals or an English win. Yikes.

Halftime stats:

Germany England
9(4) Shots (on Goal) 6(3)
2 Fouls 3
3 Corner Kicks 2
1 Offsides 2
38% Time of Possession 62%
0 Yellow Cards 0
0 Red Cards 0
2 Saves 2
