I can almost taste the beer in the Hofbrahaus

I was waiting to be impressed by the Germans and they came through with about an A- performance, very high level stuff.

Australia just didn't have a chance after they missed that chance early in the match. Germany wins 4-0.

Germany plays Serbia on Friday (7:30 a.m.) and Australia will try to regather itself before playing Ghana (10:00 a.m.) on Saturday.

As if you didn't know, Group D runs through Germany and it'll be hard for Brazil, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, etc. to top that opener.
