Serbian forward Marko Pantelic (who came on as a substitute), made it 2-1 Australia after Australian goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer dropped the rebound right at his feet.
2-1 Australia in the 87th minute, Serbia needs one more goal to finish second and move on to face the U.S.
Germany leads 1-0 in the 88th minute.
Australian forward Tim Kennedy just had a great chance but he pushed it wide.
